The new Villas at Kolea truly embody qualities beyond comparison in a Hawaiian Vacation Condominium. Kolea is a gated community situated in spectacular Waikoloa Beach Resort offering 2 championship golf courses, a sheltered beach at Anaeho'omalu Bay, 2 deluxe resort hotels, and an exciting collection of boutiques, restaurants and galleries at distinctive Kings' Shops and the newly open Queens’ Shops.
 
Our Villa has lovely ocean, “A” Bay, beach and Hualalai (mountain) views so you can enjoy whichever view you love most or all at once.  As I write this description I am reclining on one of our Hawaii style reclining chairs on the lanai with the sun peeking through the palm trees.  In about 30 minutes I will be watching a stunning sunset (see one of our pictures).  Our building is the closest to the pool and path to the beach.  We see and hear the waterfall that is part of the beach and club house area.
 
Kolea villas are the most luxurious condo complex in Waikoloa Beach Resort. The Beach Club Pavilion features full kitchen, a natural lava hot tub, infinity edge pool, and a children's pool with a sand bottom and waterfall. An open air exercise room overlooks the pool and the ocean. Complimentary beach towels are also provided for your use at the beach club.

Our villa has a private, keyed, elevator access leading to a private foyer where Hawaiian custom asks you to remove your shoes. Nine foot high mahogany double front doors open to the great room with cool, tile floors and a wall of glass sliding doors that glide into the wall opening up to the 400 square foot covered lanai. The Lanai features a dining table with seating for 6, a sofa and 2 recliners, Koa Wood cabinetry, wet bar, mini-refrigerator, ice-maker and a gourmet Viking gas grill with a rotisserie.  The gourmet kitchen features granite counter-tops, African mahogany cabinetry, stainless steel appliances including a Viking 6 burner cook top, oven, microwave, Sub-Zero refrigerator and a built-in wine cooler.  We also have a coffee grinder, thermal coffee maker, toaster, mixer, blender, rice cooker, and all of the kitchen utensils a well supplied kitchen should have.

Each bedroom is a separate suite complete with king size bed (one bedroom has twin beds that can be put together into a king size bed), seating area, TV with DVD and VCR, and private bath.
The south facing master bedroom has a private lanai with wonderful views from the bedroom and the lanai. The bath is appointed with a huge 2 person shower, large soaking tub, a dressing table and double sinks.
The second master suite also features a large shower, tub and double sinks.
