Just a short few minute walk on the premises, Kolea offers direct access to the famous Anaeho’ omalu Beach, known for its soft sands, gentle breeze, and temperate waters.
The King's Trail traverses the lava landscape of the resort where you can enjoy
a historic nature walk amongst petroglyphs and native Hawaiian plants.
From the villa you can walk to the Hilton’s renowned Sports Club and Spa and ocean-side restaurants, the Marriott Waikoloa Beach Resort’s championship golf course, or enjoy the variety of unique gift shops and cuisine at the nearby Kings Shops – which also offers a convenient general store for items such as milk and eggs and juice. For greater needs, you will find a beautiful large grocery store in Waikaloa, about a 15 minute drive from the villa.
Within a 10 minutes drive, you will find more championship golf courses
as well as the island's best beaches.

This brand new, gated, luxury non-smoking villa at the world famous Waikoloa Beach area is located next to the Hilton Waikoloa Beach resort where you can swim with the dolphins. The villa is right next to the Kings and Beach golf courses and within minutes of many other very nice courses.
This 2 bedroom-2 bath Kolea villa situated on the second floor of building 11 is one building away from the infinity pool and just two minutes to the beach. Enjoy meals on the lanai with partial ocean views of the Hawaiian fishponds in one direction and the ocean in the other.
Enjoy all of the lovely amenities of a Kolea villa, including granite countertops, African mahogany cabinets and crown molding, a fully equipped gourmet indoor AND outdoor kitchen. The complex has an infinity pool with outdoor barbeque and exercise hale. Best of all, you can walk to A-Bay beach to snorkel, enjoy the various beach activities offered and easily return to our villa for refreshments instead of lugging a cooler.
Our unit is furnished for a great family experience with a king bed in the Master Bedroom, two twins/single beds in the Guest Bedroom, and two sleeper sofas in the living area. Our villa has two large beautiful baths, air conditioning, and ceiling fans throughout. There is a wonderful rattan dining set on the lanai to enjoy outdoor dining in the year round great weather at Waikoloa. On Wednesdays and Sundays you can hear Hawaiian music from the Marriot Luau as soft background music for your outdoor dining.
The villa has 12-foot ceilings in the living room and has a luxury kitchen with granite counters in the kitchen and tumbled marble bathrooms. Our villa sleeps 6-8 guests.
The pool is 100 yards from the villa. It has a great view of the ocean. Do you like to go to the beach? The beach (Anaeho'omalu beach) is approximately 200 yards from the pool area with great snorkeling, kite and wind surfing. The hot tub has a lava waterfall that is great for daytime or watching the stars at night.
