Savor the ocean view and the setting sun from the 14H lanai, our air-conditioned second floor Kolea villa.  It’s a 2-3 minute walk to the pool, and another 2 minutes to the A-Bay beach. The path to the sandy beach runs right alongside ancient Hawaiian fishing ponds dating back more than 600 years.  Use the Viking grill on the lanai to barbeque exquisite meals—the grill has a smoker, rotisserie, and adjustable overhead fans and lights.  You can also keep your favorite beverage in the lanai refrigerator, or mix a Mai Tai at the outdoor sink.

Our villa is professionally decorated in a Hawaiian motif—not overstated and just the right feel, from the bedrooms to the living room and lanai.  The master bedroom has a California King and a walk-in closet; the master bath has a super size tub for soaking, an awesome shower, and double sinks.  The second bedroom has two twins (that can be locked together), with an adjoining bathroom (tub/shower and double sinks).  The living room has a sofa sleeper. 

To stay in touch with friends and the office (if you must), our villa has free high-speed wireless internet access. Since we stay in the villa ourselves, we equip it with lots of amenities, such as high definition televisions in the living room and both bedrooms. Turning on the ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms maintain a comfortable temperature, even without air conditioning.
