This brand new, gated, luxury non-smoking villa at the world famous Waikoloa Beach area is located next to the Hilton Waikoloa Beach resort where you can swim with the dolphins. The villa is right next to the Kings and Beach golf courses and within minutes of many other very nice courses.

It is approximately 2100 square feet and has three bedrooms for a great family experience. The villa has 10-foot ceilings in the living room and has a luxury kitchen with granite counters in the kitchen and tumbled marble bathrooms.

The pool is 300 yards from the unit. It has a great partial view of the ocean. Like to go to the beach? The beach (Anaeho'omalu beach)is approximately 200 yards from the pool area with great snorkeling, kite and wind surfing. The hot tub has a lava waterfall that is great for daytime or watching the stars at night.

From the villa you can walk to the Hilton’s renowned Sports Club and Spa and ocean-side restaurants, the Marriott Waikoloa Beach Resort’s championship golf course, or enjoy the variety of unique gift shops and cuisine at the nearby Kings Shops – which also offers a convenient general store for items such as milk and eggs and juice. For greater needs, you will find a beautiful large grocery store in Waikaloa, about a 15 minute drive from the villa.

Our Kolea Villa 5D has a very pleasing relationship to the outdoors even while enjoying the luxury finishes indoors. The Garden Villa has 1,700 square feet of indoor space plus a 400-square foot lanai, with fully retractable doors (eighteen feet across). Our villa is much like a single family home because of extensive lawns and landscaping on two sides of our unit. The Master and Queen bedrooms each have private garden entrances.

Our Kolea Villas offer luxurious accommodations to our guests.

All furniture is tastefully decorated in the spirit of Hawaii. The bedrooms include a California king in the master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom and two twin beds in the third. A sleeper sofa in the main living room accommodates two additional guests. Not only does our villa have dual-zone air-conditioning, but it also has ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room.

The gourmet kitchen includes granite counter-tops, African mahogany cabinetry, a Viking range, Sub-Zero refrigerator and a built-in wine cooler. The master bath has a separate oversized shower, natural stone finishes and a luxurious oversized soaking tub. The second bathroom has a stand alone shower and bathtub, and the third bathroom has a shower.

The lanai features Teak wood cabinetry, outdoor living/dining area with wet bar, mini-refrigerator, ice-maker and a gourmet Viking gas grill with a rotisserie. The 9' x 18' retractable pocket doors bring together the lanai and living areas in a natural flow.

Amenities include a high speed internet connection that will keep you in touch with all of your important contacts and allow you to surf the web. Cable TV is available in both the main living area and master bedroom. A VCR/DVD/CD Player is available for additional entertainment enjoyment.

It's a three minute walk to the pool-clubhouse and another minute or so to the beach on Anaeho'omalu Bay (called “A-Bay” by the locals because that’s easier to say.) The bay hosts numerous water activities where you can enjoy a sunset cruise, go snorkeling or diving, play in the ocean or just relax and work on your golden tan.

The Beach Club Pavilion features a full kitchen, man-made lava hot tub, infinity edge pool, and a children's pool with a sand bottom and waterfall. A fully equipped open air exercise room overlooks
the pool and the ocean.

Kolea is a new upscale development located between the Marriott and Hilton in Waikoloa on the Big Island. There is a host of water activities located on Anaeho'omalu Bay where you can enjoy a sunset cruise, go snorkeling or diving, play in the pristine ocean or just relax and get a golden tan. You will be pleasantly surprised by the abundance of colorful marine life in the warm waters of Anaeho'omalu Bay.

Pricing:
Our Website reflects “owner direct pricing”. We are not aware of any other Oceanfront property of this quality at this low internet pricing. There are ocean view properties on the Golf course at the fairway villas but they do not have direct beach access. Kolea is only separated from the Beach by the natural fish ponds which are protected by the state of Hawaii. Thus, our Villa is only a 3-4 minute walk to the beach.
